Karma and the Law of Experience: Breaking the Cycle

I believe you have often noticed that certain situations in our lives repeat as if in a cycle, with only the scenery and the people involved changing. This will continue to repeat until you learn the lesson; this is how the law of gaining experience works—or as it is commonly known, Karma. These life lessons are essential for personal development.

Karma in Relationships: A Case Study

Let’s look at how karma manifests through the example of a partnership:

  • Partners must never restrict one another in any way.
  • Partners must accept each other as they are and not attempt to change one another.
  • Influencing a partner through ultimatums deprives them of their will.
  • Will is freedom. If you surrender your will voluntarily, you cannot simply get it back.
  • Influence exerted upon you, even with the best intentions, will never be fully integrated by you because it was not your own decision.
  • Decisions you make entirely on your own build neural pathways in the brain and allow you to gain your own authentic experience.

A person who tries to influence you always acts out of selfish motives. They create conditions comfortable for themselves by shifting responsibility onto you. If, for some reason, they feel you have done something “wrong,” you will likely face emotional or moral retaliation. If you allow this, it will repeat.

The Universal “Stop” Signal

In this case, Karma will “force” you to realize that you are being oppressed. The world around you will throw difficulties your way that knock you off balance, draining your energy to the maximum. In its own way, the universe is saying: “Stop! Think about whether you really need this.”

When a person fails to learn the lesson the first time, a cycle is triggered. The situation repeats, but the scenery and conditions change slightly. You will enter these cycles every time you do something against your will or compromise by betraying your own values. Furthermore, each new cycle will occur under worse conditions than the previous one.

How to Gain Experience with Minimal Losses

To learn your lessons and avoid unnecessary hardship, follow these principles:

  1. Do only what you truly want to do.
  2. Do not try to please others when you don’t want to, even if it seems like a “necessary sacrifice.”
  3. Even if the whole world is against you, do what you believe is important and right.

The Path to Your Purpose

Karma is neither “bad” nor “good.” If you do not betray yourself, the universe will be more favorable toward you. You will find a person who accepts you with all your flaws. Your affairs will begin to prosper if you do not abandon your vision or allow yourself to be led astray. Your internal signal will lead you toward your true purpose.

Those who betray themselves and allow others to manipulate them never achieve what they truly desire.
